Ryan Briones Speaks at Twin Cities Code Camp

Sep 14, 2010

Ryan Briones is one of many Obtivia craftsmen who regularly shares his knowledge with the technology community. Speaking, mentoring and giving back are core values of Obtiva’s and something we encourage and applaud.

In October, Ryan heads to the Land of 10,000 Lakes to present at the Twin Cities Code Camp, which takes place on the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis October 9-10, 2010. He’ll be leading a session titled “Ruby for the Web.”

“If Rails is a hammer, it’s my goal to show you that your next project may not need nails,” Ryan says. He’ll show attendees a few tools of the Rubyist’s trade that enable the building of modular web applications, and leverage their knowledge of Rails to build powerful Ruby applications for the web.

Twin Cities Code Camp is biannual community-driven event and is expected to attract hundreds of attendees. Learn more about Ryan’s presentation here and follow the Twin Cities Code Camp on Twitter.
